Halloween 2019 in Valdelamatanza

Este año, en Valdelamatanza, vamos a rendir homenaje a las festividades anglosajonas a través de videoclips. Le hemos añadido unas gotas de humor y hemos querido huir de los tópicos para que resulte algo diferente y divertido a la vez.

En este primer videoclip hemos querido dar nuestro particular punto de vista a la celebración de Halloween, para lo cual hemos decidido.... bueno...mejor lo véis....

This year, in Valdelamatanza, we will pay tribute to the Anglo-Saxon festivities through some videoclips. We have added a few drops of humor and we wanted to flee from the topics so that is something different and fun at the same time.

In the first videoclip we wanted to give our particular point of view about the celebration of Halloween, and for which we have decided.... well....you better see it....

BIENVENIDOS A UN NUEVO CURSO...QUIZÁS EL ÚLTIMO

Desde la Secciòn Bilingüe, este año SÓLO desde Valdelamatanza, queremos daros la bienvenida a este nuevo curso, en el que por desgracia puede ser nuestro último año. Pero ese dia queda muy lejos y aquí nunca nos ponemos tristes, asi que vamos a seguir trabajando con ilusión y optimismo con nuestros chicos y chicas, como siempre hemos hecho. Sabemos que podemos contar con ellos, al igual que con las familias para cualquier tarea que en la que además de aprender, se diviertan.

Así que os anunciamos que HALLOWEEN está a la vuelta de la esquina y ya tenemos preparadas un montón de sorpresas para todos, alumnos, padres, abuelos, maestros y todo el pueblo.

No podemos adelantar nada, sólo que va a ser un día terroríficamente inolvidable para todos...

WELCOME TO A NEW YEAR...MAYBE THE LAST ONE

From the Bilingual Section, this year ONLY from Valdelamatanza, we want to welcome this new course, which unfortunately can be our last year. But that day is very far away and here we never get sad, so we will continue working with enthusiasm and optimism with our boys and girls, as we have always done. We know that we can into account with them, as well as families for any task in which in addition to learning, they have fun.

So, we announce that HALLOWEEN is just around the corner, and we have prepared a lot of surprises for everyone, students, parents, grandparents, teachers and all the people.

We can't advance anything, only that it will be a terrifyingly unforgettable day for everyone...

Jungle Book in Aldeanueva del Camino

El Miércoles 5 de Junio hemos celebrado en Aldeanueva del Camino, nuestra representación teatral adaptada de la obra maestra de Rudyard Kipling, "El Libro de la Selva". Hemos hecho una adaptación de la representación que vimos en el Gran Teatro de Cáceres, representado algunas de las escenas más importantes de la obra. 

Todos los alumnos/as del 2º y 3º ciclo de Educación Primaria han participado, realizando un gran trabajo y mostrando un gran interés en sus actuaciones. Los alumnos de Educación Infantil y el 1º ciclo de Educación Primaria vieron entusiasmados la obra, acompañados de sus tutores y del resto de maestros. Hemos pasado una mañana estupenda recordando la obra y participando de ella. Se ha notado el trabajo de todo el curso y el gran esfuerzo de todos los participantes.

On Wednesday, June 5, we celebrated our theatrical performance adapted from Rudyard Kipling's masterpiece, "The Jungle Book". We have made an adaptation of the representation that we saw in the Gran Teatro de Cáceres, representing some of the most important scenes of the performance.

All the students of the 2nd and 3rd cycle of Primary Education have participated, doing a great job and showing great interest in their actions. The students of Infantile Education and the 1st cycle of Primary Education saw enthusiastic the performance, accompanied by their tutors and the rest of teachers. We have spent a wonderful morning remembering the book and participating in it. The work of the whole course and the great effort of all the participants have been noted.

CÁCERES: GRAN TEATRO... The Jungle Book

El pasado Jueves dia 21 de Marzo, los maestros/as de inglés y los alumnos/as de Educación Primaria del CRA Via de la Plata acudimos a Cáceres a presenciar la obra de teatro en inglés, El libro de la Selva. Esta actuación formaba parte de nuestro proyecto anual dentro de la Sección Bilingüe, en el cual llevamos trabajando estos últimos meses.

 Last Thursday 21st March, the English Teachers and the students of Primary Education of CRA Via de la Plata went to Cáceres to see the theatrical performance in english about The Jungle Book. This performance was part of our annual project within the Bilingual Section, in which we have been working in the last months.

La compañia Haz Teatring se encargó de representar la obra. Fue una actuación fantástica y muy educativa, pues nuestros/as alumnos/as habían estudiado las escenas y los diálogos, habián aprendido las canciones y estaban muy ilusionados con la representación.

Haz Teatring Company was in charge of the representation. It was a fantastic and very educational performance, as our students had studied the scenes and the dialogues, they had learned the songs and they were very excited about the performance.

Pasamos una mañana estupenda, disfrutamos del teatro y aprendimos mucho sobre los personajes y la historia. Seguro que nos ayudará mucho para alcanzar uno de nuestros objetivos finales del curso: Hacer nuestra propia adaptación teatral en inglés del Libro de la Selva.

We had a great morning, enjoyed the theatre and learned a lot about the characters and the story. Surely it will help us to reach one of our final tasks of the year: Make our own theatrical adaptation in English about The Jungle Book.

The Jungle Book Carnival

Y llegó el carnaval al CRA Via de la Plata, y como no podía ser de otro modo, todos los personajes del Libro de la Selva aparecieron por arte de magia en los desfiles de las diferentes localidades. Han sido unos dias muy divertidos y todas las calles de los pueblos se llenaron de Mowglis, Baloos, Kaas, Bagheeras, Shere Khans... y todos los demás personajes de nuestra historia....

And the Carnival arrived at CRA Via de la Plata, and could it be otherwise, all the characters of Jungle Book appeared by magic in the parades of the different villages. It has been a very funny day and all the streets of the villages were filled with Mowglis, Baloos, Kaas, Bagheeras, Shere Khans... and all the characters in our history...
